In May a website started that I only recently found called Military Motivator. It is a takeoff on the well known inspirational posters but with a military theme. The site encourages reader contribution and so I created and submitted five of which four were used (one really wasn't that great). You can make your own too (on any subject). Here are two of the ones I made with three more after the jump.
GRATITUDE: How do you thank those who most bear the burden of ultimate sacrifice?
[UPDATE:] Blackfive has determined my "Gratitude" MilMo (Military Motivator) to be The BEST Military Motivator Photo- EVER.
FIRE POWER: Knowing that when each side calls up to heaven, your side will deliver the goods!
FOG OF WAR: Only those that have put their life on the line get to second guess a soldier in the field.
U.S. NAVY: Providing the greatest office views since 1794.
PARTY TIME: Having a few friends drop in.

This is for Don -- who created theUS Navy Office Views image. My nephew just joined theNavy, and I'm trying to give him a stack of US Navy postcards so he can write my sister -- his mom. But I can't find any anywhere online, and I don't live near an academy or shop. So I'm making my own. Can I use the image you created? I will not sell it; it's just for my nephew to write my sister. Please let me know ASAP! Thanks!
You certainly may use it. And thank you to your nephew for his service to our country and to your family for all the sacrifices that family members go though.
What happened to the Military Motivator blog?
I do not know. Blogger says the site "has been removed" and it has been that way for a while now indicating something more than a temporary outage.
The Google cache from September 4, 2008, shows the last post of Tuesday, August 19, 2008, "Imperial Fleet Week." The comments to that post are still available on Haloscan:

I emailed the website's contact person. I'll post again if I hear anything.
Don, I too really liked the Military Motivator blog. I'd really like to know if it gets resurrected or if somebody has archived its images. It's been 2 months since you posted this so I'm not optimistic, but still....
I really miss Military Motivator. It was well done. Does ANYONE know what happened to it? Where it went?
www.garywise.com has several of the posters on his site: http://garywise.com/index.php/Images/Interesting-Images/Military-Motivation-Posters.htm
Could you share the source of the photographs? I was particularly wondering about the first one. That boy...
The US Navy poster says the best view since 1794, i was just wondering why it says that date since the US Navy was made October 13, 1775?
I'm not trying to contradict anything, i love military history and learning new thing, I just want to know the story behind this. :)
I am not a Naval historian, nor do I know what the U.S. Navy's official position is but I think I went with 1794 because it seems like that is more of the start of the "United States" Navy rather than the 1775 Continental Navy which predates the United States Declaration of Independence in 1776. While the Navy can be "traced back" to 1775, it was disbanded and had no ships until the United States Congress ordered the construction and manning of six frigates on March 17, 1794. To me, at least, that seems more of the true start of the United States Navy rather than tracing it back to the Continental Navy of 1775. I certainly didn't mean to insult anyone or take away 19 years of heritage, so if I am wrong from the "official" version, I apologize.
Where can I get the airborne poster, (knowing you are better than everyone else)? Are they printed for sale?
I created these five Military Motivator so, to the best of my knowledge, they are not printed for sale anywhere. The best you can do is click on the image and the full size will pop up and you can save/print the image from there. Hope that helps.
