I peaked out at my highest weight ever this morning...245 pounds!
Sitting at my desk all day, eating poorly and not exercising has taken its toll. I thought about going into a lot more detail here, but there's really no reason. I also don't know if I'll keep posting about the subject, make a separate page, or some other options I'm considering.
I just wanted to mark my starting places, so to speak.

The Lighter Side

Losing weight is simple whether you have 10 or 100 pounds to lose, it doesn't matter. I don't believe in diets. They suck and don't work worth a damn. You simply need to watch your portions. Maybe you need to actually add healthy food into your diet. Exercise is a must. We all hate it. It sucks, but you will be amazed. Try to mix it up between aerobic and toning.
