Our pumpkins before they got gutted, stabbed and carved. No stems this year...a Walmart "feature."

Drew and Will gutting their pumpkins. They did a great job making the walls of their pumpkins thin for easy carving.
An iphone pic exchanged with Aunt Donelda as we compared new fridges and made plans for her upcoming visit. Drew and Will both did a great job stabbing the outlines of their designs all by themselves. Good outlines and thin walls made carving by Mama and Daddy relatively easy. (That and we've learned to simply nix some ridiculous designs with overly intricate patterns and next to nothing supporting central elements.)
