Friend since grade school, best men at
each other's weddings, but looking at his "website" my only question is,
"What
is it again that you do for a living?" [This is a transparent goad to get
you to do something cool with your dust collecting domain name.] OK, so I had a sound problem with my computer where it would not play any system sound...everything else including all other sounds were fine. First call to Dell tech support...a moron...I knew more than he did. Second call...very knowledgeable...spent two hours...tried everything...no solution...might be a problem with WordPerfect installation...probably have to reinstall XP. Third call...very knowledgeable...spend two and a half hours...took it as a personal challenge to restore my system sounds...tried everything...determined it could not be fixed and would have to reinstall XP. Called Harry...fixed it in under fifteen minutes...very impressive! |
